All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to help ensure your items arrive safely and to reduce the risk of missing parcels.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

At the moment our turnaround time stands at 3 - 5 working days as items are handmade to order. 

Turnaround time may fluctuate during busy times of the year, at a time frame of up to 2 weeks .

If you need your items ASAP, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my absolute best to get your items sent out sooner.
To avoid delays in processing your order, please double check you have added your personalisation details and ribbon colours in the notes box at checkout  or send an email/ Dm

Returns: 

Unfortunately I am unable to provide returns or full refunds on personalised items. If there is an issue with your order or items please contact me to resolve this. 

 Adult supervision is required due to small parts.

 Items are not for teething purposes and may cause damage if put in mouth.

Occasionally observe your items to ensure they are in its most suitable condition.
